Rollback System

Every optimization DEXTRUM makes can be instantly reversed. Here's how the rollback system works.

Pre-Action Snapshots

Before every optimization, DEXTRUM captures a complete snapshot of the affected campaign settings. This includes bids, budgets, keyword statuses, ad group settings, and any other parameters being modified.

One-Click Rollback

From the Optimizations or History view, click 'Rollback' on any applied optimization. DEXTRUM instantly restores the campaign to its pre-optimization state. The rollback itself is logged as a separate entry in your history.

Automatic Rollback Triggers

You can configure automatic rollback rules in your guardrail settings. For example, if CPA increases by more than 25% within 48 hours of an optimization, DEXTRUM can automatically roll back the change and notify you.

Rollback Limitations

Rollbacks restore campaign settings but cannot undo impressions served or clicks received during the time the optimization was active. For budget changes, the rollback adjusts the budget going forward but cannot reclaim spend that already occurred.
