Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DEXTRUM's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Service Description
DEXTRUM provides an AI-powered Google Ads optimization platform that autonomously analyzes, optimizes, and manages Google Ads campaigns. Our service connects to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API to perform automated optimizations based on our proprietary AI algorithms.
Account Registration
To use DEXTRUM, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use our services.
Google Ads Access
By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize DEXTRUM to access and modify your campaign data, including but not limited to bids, budgets, keywords, ad copy, and targeting settings. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or your DEXTRUM dashboard.
Subscription and Billing
DEXTRUM is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the rate displayed on our pricing page. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
Rollback and Safety
While DEXTRUM implements comprehensive guardrails and safety measures, including the ability to roll back any optimization, we do not guarantee specific advertising results. You acknowledge that advertising performance is subject to many external factors beyond our control.
Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your Google Ads data. DEXTRUM's access to your data is limited to providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share your advertising data with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
DEXTRUM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, DEXTRUM will cease all access to your Google Ads account and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any outstanding fees will remain due.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
