Investigation System

DEXTRUM doesn't just react to metrics. It investigates why metrics changed before deciding what to do.

Why Investigation Matters

Most automation tools see CPA increase and immediately cut bids. But CPA might have increased because you launched a new product category, because a competitor exited the market, or because of a seasonal pattern. Reacting without understanding leads to bad decisions.

How It Works

When DEXTRUM detects a significant change in a metric, it opens an investigation. It examines cross-campaign correlations, historical patterns, time-of-day effects, device segmentation, and external signals to build a hypothesis about the root cause.

Investigation Reports

Every investigation produces a report visible in your Insights dashboard. You can see exactly what DEXTRUM examined, what it concluded, and how that conclusion informed its optimization decision.

Multi-Day Observations

For ambiguous signals, DEXTRUM extends its observation window. Rather than acting on a single day's data, it waits for confirmation across multiple days before making a recommendation.
